In the first month of 2021, the show has been taking a deep dive into key themes on living fearlessly in the post-pandemic world.
In this episode, Dr. Mandy Simon and Dr. Gordon MacMillan, the show’s co-creator, discuss The Importance of Reflective Time.
Reflective time provides a space for bringing your attention to what’s happening in your life in a mindful and open-minded way. It is one of the best things you can do to create a positive mindset and discover a greater connection to yourself.
The key is to create a tranquil, calm, space in your daily routine that is devoted to nobody other than yourself. In short- whatever your interests are, there’s bound to be an activity out there that fits the bill. In the post COVID world, it can be really difficult to find the space for reflective time; and so the show gives consideration to a number of practical actions that listeners can take to secure it.
