Betsy Wurzel Host of Chatting with Betsy will be talking about “Life After Caregiving, and what will that be? What will you do after being a caregiver? Betsy speaks about what she plans on doing after this chapter in her life.  How do you handle this new type of life and to release all the stress and emotion you had during your caregiving for a Loved One.  What do you do that first few days on waking and not having the morning routine? Tell us what happened to you those first weeks or so days without that daily routine to provide the care to your loved one.  There is the loss of a  routine, the loss of being with your loved one and the loss of you.
